Amira joined IHA Sustainability in November 2021. She manages the administrative processes of the Hydropower Sustainability Standard supporting the Sustainability Engagement Officer, the administrative processes of the HS Training Academy, the contacts and communications database and provides event planning and logistics support.

Prior to joining IHA Sustainability, Amira acted as an Administrative and Executive Assistant acting as project administrator and supporting business development at a management consulting firm and within financial services sector.

Amira holds a BA in International Studies from the Open University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
