The Foundation stands for social justice, equality of opportunity, equality of women, child rights, rights of unorganized sectors of low-paid wage-earners and migrant labourers, rights of ethnic minorities, equitable distribution of the fruits of development, and other rights ensured by the constitutions of independent nations. For the protection of the civil rights of all men and women, without distinctions of caste, creed, race, sex, political affiliations and financial positions, the Foundation engages in awareness campaigns and direct interventions.
