Though the human race may be considered as one entity, there are necessary divisions and subdivisions in this great family, each with its own separate identity. After all, variety is the spice of life and protecting the separate identities of the existing segments of the society ensures space for existence and growth of the separate nuances of their social and cultural heritage. Each community must be allowed and encouraged to follow its traditional and ethnic life-style, dialect, culture, conventions, ceremonies, culinary routines, farming practices, etc., so that their self-respect and cultural identity are protected. The Foundation stands for a fuller and more fulfilling community life in which each individual is well cared for by the community and each individual in turn makes the community life richer by his contributions.
