All the able bodied men and women in a society should be fully engaged with some gainful employment that will ensure him/her a respected place in his community.   The youth, women and farmers are given job-oriented training and assisted to enjoy the fruits thereof by providing micro-credits for self-employment and regular placements in recognised establishments.  Technical and financial assistance are given to streamline the production of traditional craft items and to improve the marketing strategies of these items.
